Black Volt IT wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we maintain the site.

What we’ve done

  • Checked text and background colors for sufficient contrast.
  • Given images and client logos text alternatives, and hidden purely decorative graphics from screen readers.
  • Used visible labels on our forms.
  • Built newer features, such as the IT Health Check, to work with a keyboard and screen readers.
  • Respected your device’s “reduce motion” setting for animations.
  • Designed pages to adapt to different screen sizes and text zoom.

Known limitations

Some features come from third parties, including our Calendly scheduling tool and Google reCAPTCHA spam protection. They may not fully meet these standards. If either one gets in your way, email info@blackvoltIT.com or call (844) 625-5865 and we’ll schedule time or take your request directly.
